Just before winter 2007, I purchased a 1983 280ZX from a gentleman in Central Illinois. Right now the car has standard problems of any 25 year old vehicle in Central Illinois that has been left out in the weather, some body and suspension damage, but drives very well for having 133,000 miles on it. I would like to be able to restore the car for show at exhibitions such as Nopi and Hot Import Nights, but I am aware that it is going to take a lot of time and money to get back “up to par”.
