I bought this car this year with only 50,000 miles on it, or so i thought before the crank bearing went. I figured,"What a more perfect time for a project?", so i ripped the engine out, installed a mustang K-member, tranny crossmember, 302ci engine and T5 transmission. I used the driveshaft and rearend from a Grand Marquis. i will have photos after the true dual custom exhaust is installed(09/19/08). I swapped out the suspension for stock mustang pieces until i have the money or a sponsorship(wink wink). I also need to install the Jeg's fiberglass cowl on the hood and get her painted. I would also like wheels and tires I could not possibly afford right now on my budget($25 stock mustang 15" wheels and used tires) I know this car has the potential to turn heads and impress the general public and i plan on trying to get as much exposure as this car deserves. The car isn't popular, they were made for about 6 years before it was discontinued, I think my favorite part of the car is the 1 70's style driverside rearview mirror. It's interior is completely stock and as prestine as they come. Only modifications are the Sunpro 3 gauge pod and tachometer. The battery and 9 gallon fuel cell are in the trunk, and look pretty damn cool. If you are interested in sponsoring my car and I it would be a dream. This is only my second project and I believe it would not be a mistake to help me make it a vehicle people remember and see everywhere! I just recently enrolled into UTI and thats where the majority of my money will go so any help is a huge help to me. Thanks for the opportunity.
