Well, My name is Stephanie, and I have been a VW lover since I was a little girl. I've owned everything, from 1958 Ragtop to a 20th AE GTI. I've always liked the look of the mk2 golf... something you don't see often and has a unique rally body style. It just really turns my head. I got into VWs through my grandfather. I use to help him rebuild Air-cooleds every time we went to visit. He would always ask me for my opinion on what he should do to the car. Ever since then, VWs have been a love of mine. I would really like to get this car the way he and I use to always talk about. Different, unique, and a head turner. If he were here, he would be my biggest supporter, but he isn't and I would love to do this in Memory of him....

I recently purchased a 1989 VW Golf GL (8v) 5-speed and I'm extremely excited to get the mods going. I've done most of the basic maintenance so now let the aftermarket begin!!!

As of right now, the Golf is bone stock, which is a great blank canvas! There are so many things I would love to do to this little project!

Adjustable Coilovers
Paint & Body (big bumpers, white w/ black roof)
Lighting (euro smoked/red tails, smoked headlamps & side markers)
Wheels (15x8 w/lip and stretched tires)
Engine Upgrades (intake, lightweight flywheel, ect.)
Exhaust
Interior (black leather w/ printed inserts)
Audio (speakers, in-dash CD/GPS navi)

Later on I would love to supercharge the car after a possible engine rebuild.
