1995 sunfire se 2.2l

i have had this car for about 6 months and have been trying to fix it the transmission slips and the engine is weak needs new paint and body i want to build it in to a street/strip car with atleast 300 hp and still have a loud stereo good looks and roll cage racing seats and 5 point harness just a good all around car
