Salutations to all those who read my posting.
This is my fist owned car starting in may of 2007. I hope I never sell it or total it. I will keep this car for as long as I live. This will be the first of my collection. Not my dream car, but more than the average cav., and that's more than enough motivation to go aftermarket.
I've never pursued a sponsership before, but I have heard of them before, so I receive help in my adventure to turn my car into a fast and hot ride, then I might as well try. I'll be going to college in the fall, hopefully if I can get the money, for automotive technology. Working around vehicles is the most funnest occupation I can enjoy, however in order to do so, education must be obtained, regardless of how much you know. So I must do what is necessary first. Repairing cars is enjoyable, but my main passion collides with art and uniqueness. I hope I can present new ideas to the auto industry and keep the exciting fun continuing for all the car enthusiasts among us.
The work to my car begins with the outter body. It's all stock except for l.e.d. mirrors. Stock rims, but painted gloss black to match body color. I'm also done applying all the racing stripes. I added a couple pin stripes along the side on the z24 logos. The third brake light is a custome l.e.d. box I made. The first one I made looked horrible so it was redesigned. I cut the old lenses off the fog lights and attatched clear plexiglass ones for a better look. Side scoops were attatched near the rear wheels for a cover up of some small damage on one side. I replaced them with a different set of add ons not commonly used, something you don't see on all the cars like the hole vents on the front fenders.
On the inside, the dash is replace with a white face. Three gauges placed on the door. I had a triple pod piller from my truck, but I couldn't make it work in the car so I got a little creative and used the mounting brackets in a secretive way to attatch them.
Stereo is a dual, I always liked them for the price and the mechanics of how they flip open. Since my income is low, I only prefer the cheaper of selections in the category.
The speaker box is one of a kind, however. Fully designed and built by, mua!(me) It's one of my greatest achievements yet. However it is also not done, just like so many things I wish to do to the vehicle. I still need one more sub, amplifiers, and more money and time to finish the wall and other surrounding parts to the audio setup.
The engine is fully stock, with the exception of a cold air intake, and a little paint on the ignition cover. Should be receiving front and rear stuts via ups soone.
And the modifications end there for now, until time goes by and money comes in.
