I drive a 2000 mercury cougar. The car is completly stock i have a sticker on the back window and the Wiper washer Jets are little Led's . The car has 116k miles on it i would love to rebuild the 2.5 v6 by Boring it over to 3.0 and New engine modifications such as Intake Supercharger, Exhaust, Chip, Ignition, and the exterior parts would be to add a body kit New suspension
( Lowered), new tires and rims, Custom headlights and tail lights, Customize the interior because it is a hatch back so there is alot of room maybe Take out the back seats and add subs, amps, neons. thats just a few of the modifications i would like to add the the car.
I beleave that The Mercury cougar is a rare tuner find. Not many people look at it as a project vehicle but i have seen a few that were completed quite nicely. To see a Unique Car such as the Cougar would be a prize would get people to stop and take a second and third look because it would not be some Honda that you see on every street corner.
