I started showing my 2000 S-10 in 2006, I will always be updating it through the years. I make it a point to change something major every year to keep things fresh and to stay in the media’s eyes. I currently do not have any sponsorships and I have just started perusing them. I am in the process of getting sponsored by out local Alpine electronics dealer. I am also going to be sponsored by my local wheel shop (Hickman Tires). Let me tell you a little about my past show experiences and awards.

My truck is a 2000 Chevy S-10 2.2L 5 spd. It is on air suspension. This includes a 8 gal airtank, 8 3/8ths valves, 1/2in line, 1 electric compressor and one engine driven compressor, and a 4 link with powder coated bars. It sits on 20inch Panther Stellars, with Nexen Tires. The truck is painted with Matrix urethane paint, the blue is pace blue and it is black divides with a galaxy silver. With all paint work done by myself.
The interior has the dash bezel painted to match the exterior, the carpet is tweed, the passenger airbag is covered in ostrich skin as well as the door panels, and headliner. The seats are out of a 2002 Blazer. I also installed a pop-up and removable sunroof. The stereo includes an Alpine type X carbon fiber subwoofer with 2 1200W Rockford fosgate amplifiers. I am in the process of building a new center console/ speaker box, which will have a final layer of carbon fiber/ blue Kevlar weave to top it off. It will be done in about 2 weeks. The engine includes a hand built header, dual alternators, engine driven compressor, hydro boost brake system K&N intake system and other horsepower modifications. The exterior has been fully shaved with a Grant customs rear skin, 89 Cadillac Deville tights which I cleared and installed led bulbs. The gas door has been shaven and replace the gas tank with a aluminum fuel cell which I welded . It is located in the bed. Also the hood is off of a 98 GMC Sonoma and has been modified to open in reverse (or suicide) using a 91 Buick LeSaber hinge. I have aftermarket headlights with H.I.D. headlights and clear turn signals. The truck also features shaved door handles, flush mount tonneau from checkmate, shave antenna, 3rd brake light, and a custom aluminum grill.
This years upgrades include a ghost flame paintjob, custom center console, audio changes, custom grill shell, and air actuators for the tonneau cover.

I have compiled a list of shows that I will be going to but this list always gets bigger as I go through the show season. I am completely open to going to new shows in the surrounding states.

Oh a little more history of my truck and shows.
In 2003-2004 I started with simple modifications like euro tails, clear turnsignals, stereo, a cold air intake, exhaust, a tonneau and my first tv screen.

In 2005 I changed it a little more by adding a 3/3 drop, a newer stereo some new door speakers (rockford fosgate), some LUND hood scoops made fully functional, a hand made fiberglass bumper, a gm roll pan, traction bars, a racing button clutch, electric fan, I modified the throttle positioning sensor, added a hand build ceramic header. At this time the truck was the stock color (LT pewter) I was going for a auto cross look. Went to first car show, and the only one that year.

2006 it recived the air suspension in the front, it included a 5 gallon airtank, 3/8 smc valves, a viair 380C compressor and 1/2in line and the 20 inch rims. I ripped off the front bumper due to hopping my truck so it got replaced with a stock one. Went to 6 shows that year.

2007 it recived shaved handles, shaved antenna, shaved 3rd brakelight, caddie tails, skin, fiberglass tonneau, tinted the windows, added the sunroof, GMC sonoma hood, suicide hinge, aftermarket headlights, tubbed all 4 fenderwells, and painted it the pace blue, black, and galaxy silver. Also painted several interior componets. Went to 10 shows.

2008 H.I.D. Headlights, wrapped the interior parts in the ostrich skin, I also started the fiberglass center console. planning on ALOT of shows and even more with some sponsors!
