i have a 2002 maroon red ford explorer, it is in good condition and is ready to be in better condition. I love my car, it is absolutley my life, i love to change the oil, wash it, wax it, vaccum it. You name it and i do it, getting sponsored would be the dream of a life time. If i could put the cherry on the icing by getting a new audio system or a new paint job and some performance parts, it would be a great time showing this thing off. I plan to get a new paint job, perhaps a black metallic look with some pinstriping (maybe some flames). Some new tires that are a little bit bigger and have nice deep treads. as for the rims, nothing to special, i just want them to be original. I want (if possible) a dual exhaust system with a little turbo and some cool exhaust tips. A body kit, nothing flashy, just different then stock, because i plan to get a small 2 or 3 inch lift. As for the front, i was thinking a big grill, big, mean and nasty, ones that the cops use. I was also thinking that the doors would be very cool if they could open vertically, i've never seen something like that on an SUV and i think it would be cool to experience. For the interior, nothing fancy, some new carpet to match the outside. New racing seats that have maybe a blue finish on them, something cool. With a bumpin' sound system, a nice stereo, some kicking speakers, and an awesome subwoofer or two to go along with the whole thing.
Now for perforemance, i was thinking a full new air intake system, let my baby breathe a little, new brakes that dont squeal, a new drive shaft & axle system with a shock absorber, get some better handling in there, whole new engine, possibly v8. a new fuel system with a fuel injector to make that sucker accelrate a little bit faster. Just a few thoughts
