Hi, My Name is Jason I have a 2004 Velocity Red Mazda RX-8. It is slightly modified with a K&N cold air intake by SR motor sports, SR motorsports Billet Aluminum under drive pulleys, Greddy high flow cat, duel Greddy high flow mufflers, Carbon fiber B pillars, Carbon Fiber MS style wing by Carbon Creations. I wish I could do more but, it is rather expensive. I'm a member of the Hampton Roads RX-8 Club. We meet all summer long, so a sponsor would receive a lot of exposure and group buys. I would love Forced air induction, lambo doors, Neons, coilovers, you know the whole drill but, I still need to get rims haha. I believe a project build is never really done. I trying to do it on a blue collar budget. I'm sure any 8 owner will agree it is a expensive under taking. I'm looking for any help I can get. The car is a great platform for a build I mean come on a 1.3L with over 200 HP, but you don't see them in a lot of magazines (still over shadowed by the RX-7 another great car). There is so much I want to do with my 8 it's ridiculous. I do all my own work, that's the best part. Hanging out with friends hoods up. I guess all in due time. I guess the main reason I build my car is to get people to look. I love parking it by the window so I can see people looking at it as they walk by.
