I was in the market for a vehicle when a new promotion at work hit. But due to my extra-curricular activities, I needed a specific vehicle.
I needed:
Something with enough head-room
Something that good gas-mileage
Something with enough space for all of my DJ equiptment and
Something reliable and well-built.

Only 2 cars fit this mold. The Scion XB and the Honda Element. The Element didn't get a s good mileage and was more expensive... and I was really drawn to the looks of the xb.

Needless to say, I bought "Betty" 2 years ago, stock as stock can be, and the "Mod bug" bit me soon after.

Here's a brief time line.
The day I got her:



Cleared Headlights and tailights (also removed emblems and rear wiper):



Hidden Subwoofer:


Dressed up the engine bay a bit (also had a racing stripe phase)



Got a new front lip and painted my grill black.


New Tailights too.


Picked up a Bug-Guard and tried something different w/ the bumper:

Create something unique that no-one else has, to both show off, and use everyday; something with by own blood sweat and tears mixed into it, that should be apparent at first glance.
