Cool 1987 Mustang GT
Posted by: 875LTR - 08-30-2010 11:15 PM - No Replies

I have an '87 mustang 5.0, and she would love to find a few sponsors. Ive done some modding on it, and have a long way to go. Its got a set of GT40P heads, GT40 Intake, MAC headers, BBK cold air, 70mm throttle body, converted it to MAF, E303 cam, about half the wiring is re done, Flowmaster exhaust, with off road H. So still, much to go. Ive went with this set up for these reasons: my headers are a nice flowing inexpensive set, and there not aluminium, so no worrys of warping them. My intake is because it flows very nice, same as any cobra intake, but it was much cheaper, so quality for price, you cant beat them. MAC was the only brand that i found that made a set of headers to fir the new heads' spark plug angles, plus there shiny and look great. The BBK cold air is almost a manditory, its 70MM so it does not bottle neck with my new 70mm Throttle body, or intake. I converted it to MAF because after i did my cam and such, it made it much easier to tune, and adds some power. I chose the E303 because it sounds GREAT, it wasent too much money, and its a perfect match for my heads and intake. Flowmaster was my choice, because you will never find a better barking exhaust set then it, throughout the whole RPM band the sound changes, obviously for the better. It is now set up for a turbo/supercharger, but as of right now im not sure what one to go with, hard choice. I also plan to upgrade to 24LB injectors as apposed to my 19s right now. My cam calles for a steeper air/fuel bar, and 24's look to fit requirements. I want also to convert to 5 bolt axels, to give me more selection for rims when i choose to do them. And i want very much to get a hold of a cobra R2000 hood. My interior is pretty much stock, DVD deck because it looks pretty nice, pistol grip shifter, agin for the looks. Billet e-brake cover once again, looks. And its got a short throw under the pistol grip, quick shifts = won races. i have two 12" apline type E. Everyone says the more expensive, the better. But the E's are a low power consumption, and put out a very nice bass for the music i listen too. They can hit deep, they can be sloppy, or clean, and to compliment them, there sitting inside a nice ported bassworx box. Also, for giggles i installed a button start (look at vid) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEzHkxzETmQ
heres vid of halfway throught cam, heads, intake
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1ADnrWMAGw

i dont have a site with pictures, but can be emailed easily if anyone would like to see, i have a bunch.

  2003 MUSTANG GT
Posted by: NastyGT - 08-22-2010 09:52 PM - No Replies

Hi i own a 2003 Mustang GT, 5-Speed, 30k miles, Flowmaster Originals, Pypes Off-Road X-Pipe, and a K&N Cool Air Intake, and is lowered 1'' 1/2, i plan to buy Patriot Heads over winter and upgrade the stock manifolds to BBK Shorty Headers. I am also looking into buying a short throw shifter. I go to many cruise nights, and my car is very well known and has a good reputation, I hope to soon get sponsored so that building up my stang isn't so costly.

Exclamation 2002 Ford Mustang GT Coupe (Eye & Ear Catcher w/ tons of exposure)
Posted by: ninja_mob - 08-22-2010 03:44 AM - No Replies

This Car is completely stock, and brand new (to me). It will have a lot of exposure for any sponsoring companies. I'm a DJ who is always out and about around town. Everyone always notices what I drive and I'm 110% willing to promote anything thrown my way.
I'd eventually like to have some Lamborghini door hinges put in, and maybe a louder exhaust. I also am looking to get as many lights on it as possible (red). Both interior, and exterior. The paint and interior is in excellent condition, but if a paint job was offered to me, I'd most likely take it, just to stand out from the crowd.
Pretty much, I will change anything I can change on this car to make it stand out, and grab more attention for both me, and sponsors.

I'd also like to point out I have a perfect driving record, and never been stopped even once since I was 15. I'm 21 now and still no stops/accidents.

I drive a Black 1998 Ford Mustang GT (4.6L) Convertible with an automatic transmission. I have had this fine vehicle for almost two years now and I absolutely love driving it every day. To me it is more than just a car. It is my pride and joy. I am sure alot of you get squeamish when you have to take yours into the shop for whatever reason, just like me! I tend to pace back and forth waiting for a phone call, haha. Well I am a college student without alot of money so I have not done anything crazy with it yet but I have many ambitions for her. I am looking for any sponsor willing to help me out with my passion with this car.

Modifications:

BBK Cold Air Induction
Flowmaster Exhaust
Halo Projector Headlights
Interior Accent Lighting

Wish List:

Digital Tuner
New Headers
Chrome valve covers, throttle body, etc.
Supercharger Kit
New wheels
New convertible top
tower brace, shocks/struts, etc
and much more!

If I were to get sponsored, I would love to go to car shows and wear the decals proudly. I believe I could share my love with this car to others. I believe that is the point of sponsoring a car, to show off the hard work and the fine piece of art that it is. I think that a sponsored 1998 Mustang GT would be unique to a show, because not alot of people remember the older body styles these days, and I want to be able to catch their eyes with my car and bring back the love to the older 1998's. I would love to be one of those guys that everyone is jealous of the sweet ride he has!!

To my knowledge the photo uploader is down but you are welcome to visit the pictures I uploaded on Flickr here: My Mustang GT Photos

Thanks for stopping by!

Hey All, My name is Shawn, and I drive a 5 speed Mustang V6. I've had the car for a lil' over 2 years now. I dream of the day where i own a Drag/Race crew, so i wanna have a fast car, Its mostly stock for now, so here are some of the mods i have.

2x sealed sub box, black

Engine

I've done all these mod's myself, and plan on doing allot more.

Future Modifications/Plans

twin turbo with 7lb turbos
forced induction intake
straight downpipe exhaust
19X9 tires in the rear
18x8 tires in the front
coil overs
Body kit
ground effects
suspension

I learned to drive stick when I was 15 with my friends 89 celica, I'm 21 now... So I learned on a sensative clutch, and went fast everywhere i went. When i got my mustang, i fell in love with it. Its a weird factory pearlescent dark blue that sometimes looks like deep purple in certain lighting conditions. I've always wanted a car that looks slow but would smoke anything that challenged it. I wanna show my car off at car shows, drags at the strip, and even when cruisin' on the highway, i want it to turn heads. I'm in the US Navy, so I do alllot of traveling. Anyway i can get my car to turn heads is the way I wanna go. I'll post pictures when it gets light outside. For those sponsors out there, if you're looking for a place to advertise or however you want to get your name out there, I am the man to do it with. Events, commercials, apparel, stickers you name it. I'm really into stickers/decals on my car

  1998 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L
Posted by: xxhopesfallkidxx - 06-06-2010 02:14 PM - No Replies

I have a 1998 Ford Mustang GT that I bought a little over a year ago. It has relatively low miles on it and it's pretty much my baby. First car I ever had that had some power behind it. So far, it has a cold-air intake on it and new plugs and wires. My plans for this car is to keep the engine as american muscle as I can, but have the exterior/interior a tuner look. Plans include: exhaust, headers, new LSD, performance clutch, short-throw shifter, new gears, rims, body kit, bigger throttle body, A/C delete, turbo (or twin turbo), shocks and struts, new paint job...theres so much more I would like to do and so much potential in this car. Currently, the ones working on it is me and my best friend Tim who's basically my brother. Our dream is to be able to take this car to the tracks that are near by and make a name for ourselves. Driving to us is like a drug...cant get enough of it but unfortunatly with college coming up and employment not as steady as it should be, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2000 Ford Mustang GT
Posted by: mustang2000 - 06-04-2010 08:34 PM - No Replies

My name is Michael Rhodes and I live in Chester, SC. I am currently modifying and vigorously working on customizing my 2000 Ford Mustang GT. I love Mustangs! Ever since I was a little kid, I always imagined owning one. When I was younger I worked with my father at his mechanic shop, where I was learning new things everyday. By the time I was 12, I knew all the in's and out's on how to repair a car. When I moved to New York, I started working with my step-father doing auto body work. With all the years of experience, I knew what I wanted to do. That's when I started buying,fixing and selling the later model Mustangs(87-93). But when I bought my 2000, I knew this was a project that I wanted to keep. I enjoy modifying and building my car..This is my dream project. I want to make this car to it's full potential. My plans are to make it where I can bring it to the track one day, to a car show the next and be my daily driver as well. It's a thrill to have people stop and compliment on my car..It's what keeps me going. I want to make an impression on all car enthusiasts and future car lovers.

As of now, this is what I have done to the car:

* lowered
* Vinyl Racing stripes
* Cobra R-Hood
* Cobra Rims
* Chrome Valve Covers
* Shorty Headers
* Off Road X-Pipe
* 2 Chamber Exhaust
* Polished Supercharger Kit
* 39 lb Injectors
* Clutch kit- adjustable cable and firewall adjuster
* New adjustable clutch quadrant
* New rear tires

What I want to upgrade to:

* Custom Interior ( custom seats, accessories)
* Upgraded Sound System
* Body Kit and Paint
* Performance engine
* Performance engine dress-up upgrade
* Performance engine upgrades
* Suspension
* Brakes
* Rims and Tires
* Audio and Video

This car has an evo 5 front bumper, with invader side skirts and rear bumper, a mach 3 hood, z 3 fenders, one piece generation 3 halo head lights, 18 inch wheels and new linglong tires up front. It has the following modifications, underdrive pulleys, big mouth air filter, high flow cats with x pipe, flowmaster cat back, 373 gears, mil eliminators, drilled and slotted rotors, rear steeda swaybar, new springs in rear, new sensatrak shocks, bbk rear spring isolators, and new monroe twin tube struts. The motor has 94,000 miles on it, would like to get the following modifications, supercharger, some kind of tuner, upgrade on brakes, finish upgrading the front suspension, intake and throttle body to accomadate the superchager, shift kit for tranny,stiffen up chasis - such as full subframe connectors, interior is stock, with cd player and white face gauges, would like to customize interior, customize sound system, body work adjusted and finished, and new paint. This car was bought from a friend who was needing money for $3500, it needed a few minor repairs done to it, I have owned it for 3 years, it gets drove on the weekends and rare occasions, since I have bought the mustang I have changed the bodykit and have done the minor upgrades. The reasons why I want to get it modified is because, I want it to be presentable at car shows, and car club events, like madpiston, I currently have several friends that are in the madpistion car club, and they are on me to finish my car, they say that I don't have to have my car finished, but I feel in order to be in a car club you need a car that is worthy. I feel at the age of 29 I have the respect and values for the car, to not mess up someone elses hard work, if this is done for me, I would proudly represent these sponsors with the upmost respect, and would gladly fulfill any obligations expected from me throught the sponsor. The reason why I choose a mustang is because they can be individualized with all the different upgrades that are available. Will post pics once I figure out to, if any body could help that would be really appreciated. Thank you for checkin my car out.

Ever since that the Ford Mustang came out with the new body style in 1999 I loved that body style and said to myself, " Man I will have one of those one day!!". So I end up buying my car in November of 2008. Right now i am saving my money for a 5.4 swap in my car. I am just trying to save up money to start knocking things off of the list as soon as i can. I love my car and I am never going to get rid of it. When I am old and grumpy I will still have this car to drive on the weekends or to go to the track with. A sponsorship could help me out alot with getting cool new parts and letting me show off there merchandise ,because I am always doing car things and going to meets and I have a car club and we are always going to the track and going to car shows. I would really love to get into drifting. The 5.4 could really help the car out with the low end torque.

Here are some pictures of my car:

I have a fire red 2000 Ford Mustang convertible V6. Right now it has a pretty good looking body kit with a good size fin on back, duct hood, chrome grille, and euro/chrome tail lights. Car has had some basic bolt ons, cold air intake, screamin demon coil pack, iridium plugs, sct superchip. No work has been done at all on interior.

Things that i would like to do to the car would be:

* Putting a 5.0 or 4.6L motor and equivalent 5 speed trans.
* Let whatever sponsor do interior how ever they want, tired of stk.
* 3.73 racing gears
* nice audo/video system
* Car painted either black with chrome flakes throughtout or touched up on existing paint with couple clear coats
* sponsor name on front windsheild
* nice set of chrome rims and tires
* ssbc or equivalent brake calipers
* beef up on suspension, whatever sponsor wants
* new guages and cluster gauges
* chrome 5.0 emblems on sides
* new head/tail lights/lambo doors
* show roll bar
* Cat back exhaust system

My name is Robert, I have a 2000 Ford mustang convertible. The Car has a nice body kit and painted red with shaved door handles. The engine of the car has had simple upgrades which are: shorty hedman headers, sct superchip, screamin' demon coil pack, iridium plugs, bbk cold air intake system. yeah pretty much stock. Interior of the car is in ok condition but is also stock, as are gauges, foot pedals, dash. I would like to have vertical doors put on as well as a nice 5.0 screaming V8 motor. I currently am thinking about putting a supercharger on car but would definitely prefer a v8 and not a v6. Would love to have a sponsor and would get their name out there as much as possible through myself and car club, and hope and pray that i will be chosen. Thanks for your time and consideration.

I am open to any and or all sponsorships available. I am also new to motor sport world Big Grin

i have a 2005 Ford Mustang V6 that is my baby, and i love that car! i take care of it and take it into the shop for everything, the car only has about 37,000miles on the engine; and over all it's still in excellent condition! my mustang is completly stock except for the paint job and that's about it.

unfortunately I am active duty military usn line corpsman i don't have as much time as i would like to work on my car and also i run short on the funds to get all the parts i want to get. i want to make a performance racing car. I plan on giving this car a complete make over! new 5.4L V8 engine, manual transmission, new suspension, new drive train, exhaust, body kits, and all other performance parts i didn't list i also plan on making it a show car too so what ever makes it look good.

also when i can i will go to any and or all races and shows and because me being active duty when i myself am not able to i will have my parents take the car to the shows in my place when i can not attend myself. also i am willing to wear products the has the sponsor on it along with that i will have decal with the sponsor on it anywhere you want it on my car, if you want it all over then ill put a bunch all over it.

all and all i want to prove to everyone how powerful and great the mustang is! and i want to prove it by winning one race at a time and winning show too. my car is my life she is better than a gf because she is less annoying and doesn't give me any S&!t.

This car is my baby. Unfortunately I don't have the time or money due to school to do what I want. The car is practically stock other than tinted windows to Indiana specifications and a cheap cool air intake that I built and put onto it.

Things that I am planning on doing for performance include but are not limited to: new 5.4L V8 engine, manual transmission, new suspension, new drive train, and exhaust. Other engine details I haven't figured out yet.

Exterior "face lift" if you will with a new body kit and new head lights. Also an updated paint that is eye catching but still clean and crisp.

Please visit http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3176893 for images of the car.
Keep in mind the windows are now tinted, the horses and mustang decals are off and the wheels are forever gone.

Now why did i pick this mustang? Just one of those feelings that you look at a car and you can instantly picture what you want to do to it.
There is not much performance modifications mostly just looks and sounds hahaha. Its a 3.8 engine, with a 5 speed. I love this car its got balls of steel and loud like thunder I get a lot of attention in this car and i dont have that many modifications. Me and my dad always talked about getting a mustang and fixing it up for me. The thing is i bought my own mustang and saving as much money as i can for it but its hard now especially the fact that my dad dont talk to me anymore with no explainations. I just want my dream mustang so i can show my dad whats up i didnt need you.
<Right Now>

Cool 2006 Stampede Edition Mustang #351 - Proven Winner - Wants to go to the next level!
Posted by: Stampede351 - 04-28-2010 01:22 AM - No Replies

I will be updating this with any new modifications, upgrades, shows attended and awards received. That information will be in BOLD BLUE type for easy identification. Any pre-existing items that I forgot to add previously and edit the list with will simply be in BOLD BLACK. - Thank you!

__________________________________________

Hello!

My car is a Ford created regional special for the Texas and Oklahoma markets. The Stampede Edition Mustangs were created in 5 colors, produced in March of 2006, limited to 500 units and distributed to 300 participating dealerships in the two states. This vehicle is number 351 of 500. The car is technically modified however all parts that have been added are bolt on or cosmetic and I have retained all original parts.

Currently the car has less than 25K miles and is maintained regularly every 3 months with front end alignments every 6 months. I have a website that documents the vehicle since 2006 as well as documentation (receipts, maintenance records) in a book. The original window sticker is also retained and used at shows.

Please note that this vehicle is owned, maintained and shown by a woman. Other than the work performed by various vendors of course. Smile (Credit should be given where it is due!) The car's site links back to all vendors that I have purchased parts from. - http://rarepony.blogspot.com

At this point I am seeking sponsors who can help me get from where I am now to the next level. Areas that I'm interested in are interior (leather, audio, video), tires, paint, engine, exhaust, electrical, and possibly rims. Other areas are open for discussion. The rally stripes on the hood, roof and trunk lid are part of the Stampede package and I would be very hard pressed to part with them. The side STAMPEDE stripes are custom and not as important.

Here are the items that have been added to the car as well as a list of the shows I've attended and the awards I've received. As you will see, I've been very dedicated to this project and she is a proven winner. The magazine article was intentionally published prior to my first show. I am currently working on a follow up article with the same magazine/editor. (I wrote the article and took the pictures.)

Again, all of this information is available on the car's website along with plenty of pictures.

I could go on forever if you let me! I have a list a mile long of what I'd love to do with this car. This is my daily driver right now but I am counting the payments until I can retire her to "Occasional" or "Show car only" and leave the daily duties to a newer Mustang...

I hope you enjoyed my vehicle and that you find that there may be something we can work on together. I look forward to hearing from you in the future.

I drive a 2008 v6 mustang and loving it. I have some modifications to my car like a k&n cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust, pypes headers, and a strut tower. I would like to add more parts to like a supercharge, change the heads, better plugs and wires and just make it as fast as possible. Everytime I have a chance to work on my car I do, I have had this car for 2 years now and I have great plans for it. Its hard working full time and going to college full time also and buy stuff for my car. All the parts Ive put on my car I have done it myself and I would like to get some help. My car means a lot to me this is my first sports car and since I was little I loved mustangs. I would like a sponsor for any parts for my car and Im doing all these mods. So I can prove to my freinds and family that I have a talent on working with cars.
My car is the blue one with white stripes.

  2000 Mustang GT
Posted by: cooley.blake - 04-21-2010 04:06 AM - No Replies

Hello my name is Blake Cooley. Im am from Arvada, Colorado. AND I LOVE MY MUSTANG. I live in an area were small car crews meet up and hang out on friday and saturday nights. The major cars in my area are STis, Evos, SRT4s, and Random DSMs. I am surrounded by import, But yet i still stay true to american muscle! I love my ford and will put it up against anything. i bought my car with 60,000 miles on it, for $7,100 right after i graduated from army training and its been my baby ever since. And now have almost 100,000 miles on it and it still runs like a champ. It is Amazon Green which is the rarest color the mustang Gt came in the year of 2000. And i love the way it shines in the sunlight, it i could id repaint the whole thing the stock color.

List Of Mods

SLP catted X pipe
Borla Stingers (cat back)
Steeda Under-drive Pulleys
Short ram Intake
SCT Tuner
= about 280 - 290 WHP

Iv wanted nothing but to pull up next to all these rich kids driving the car there parents bought them and let them know what True American Muscle is all about at the track and at car meets.

Some of my hopes and dreams for this car is to rebuild everything about the engine and have the most unique Mustang GT in the area, or State of Colorado.
Full Exhaust, rebuild engine, new paint, 13 seconds at the 14 mile. And be the envy of all the car crews in my area!
I have a T3T4 turbo waiting to be installed but, injectors, fuel pump, coil packs, installation, and a dyno tune are way out of my price range!

If you are even reading this its by the grace of god. And if you sponsor me i will sport your compony and your brand to the fullest of my abilities

Here are some pictures, but they dont do the rare paint justice!

Thank u so much for looking at my request! Cooley.blake@gmail.com

  2002 Mustang GT Attention getter
Posted by: nconnite - 04-11-2010 12:14 PM - No Replies

I’m 18 years old and drive a 2002 mustang GT it just turned 80,000 miles a few days ago. I love this car I have flow master exhaust upgraded cams and lowering springs K&N cold air intake, it also has aftermarket tail and head lights but might be converting back to stock soon just to see if I like them better or not. I’ve wanted a mustang ever since I could remember. Mustangs have been one of my top favorite cars since I was around five and saw an amazing mustang owned by some guy that was visiting my neighbor. This car gets stares everywhere I go it’s a big attention getter and it sounds amazing. I love and treat this car like my child much to the dismay of my girlfriend. i want to make my car as best it can be so i want to upgrade as much as possible. I am willing to put logos and other advertisement on my car for parts and accessories. Also willing to go to shows if it goes that far and you want to show off the work you've done on my car. Any parts would be nice engine stuff like throttle bodies, under drive pulleys, injectors, turbo/super chargers. Drive line stuff like short shifters, aluminum drive shafts, rear end gears tranny stuff. Wheels and tires especially tires I have 2 sets of stock chrome aluminum rims that fit 245/45/17 tires. If you have something that you want to let me try out or be sponsored don’t hesitate to contact me no matter what you want to do.
Thanks
Nick

i will put more pics up really soon.

My V8 Ford Mustang does not have any major modifications done to it. The whole car is still stock.
The minor modifications I have had done to the car are Altezza brakelights, Projector headlights and the darkest, legal tint you can find in Vegas.
My plans for this car includes a cold air intake, maybe a supercharger, decals, interior and exterior accessories, body kits.. ANYTHING!
I had originally recieved this car as a Christmas present from my dad in 2006. While shopping around for this car, he asked me what type of engine I wanted in the car, and I told him that I wanted a V8. Then he states, "well the only V8's are the GT's". Thanks dad, that was the point. This car is basically my baby, I like to keep it looking clean and smelling fresh on the inside. I wash it on a weekly basis, so I constantly get asked if my car is an 2008 or 2009.
We do have a speedway out here in Vegas, so I plan to start going there more often than I have been once I start picking up sponsors. You know, race down a couple quarter miles and then park it near the bleachers for everyone to see.
The main reason for looking for sponsorships is to give my car a new look without having to actually buy a new car. I also like to make heads turn in my car, I really enjoy the double-take reaction and I believe that my car has the top-notch ability to do that.

Hi my name is Tyler Shepard my dream when I get older is to get a huge buisness like chip foose. I have a 2006 Mustang and I really want a sponsor to help me make my mustang concept happen. I was looking for like Five Thousand Dollars and thats all I need. just to get my career started. And as soon as I set up the car I really wanted to go to car shows with one of my cars. So if you would like to help me message me and I will get back to you.
